Geri takes pride in her positive impact on the bank’s diversity and inclusion policies, which continue to thrive at the bank and among its global employees.

Andrea Smith

“To make positive and lasting change like Geri has done, you have to stop and listen to different points of view and make sure that everyone can participate in the dialogue. This leads to better programs and outcomes, but more importantly it helps make diversity and inclusion part of the culture.”

Purna Saggurti

“Geri has the courage to stand up and stand out.”
